Aly finished his education and began his career in 2009 after he graduated with a French Baccalaureate from Lycée Verdun in Beirut and a BA in Business Management from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and George Town university.
He started in Congo Brazzaville where he first worked as a sales manager for a family business that Imported Frozen Food, he then relocated to Zambia and joined another family Company called Fairy Bottling Zambia LTD in 2010 where he started as a stock manager.
In 2012 he took up the position of sales manager, later in 2013 he was appointed Purchases manager and project manager untill 2015, during this same year he was appointed CFO and BDO until January 2019 when the company was sold to the worlds biggest beverage company Coca-Cola.
In the same year he established and became Managing Director of Celine Real Estate, he Founded High Fly Tours a renowned travel agency with its headquarters in Zambia and operating World Wide.
In 2021 he Founded and became CEO of the VIP Concierge Service Provide High Fly Concierge, he took over the position of the complex Corner Café, within these years he began to get interest from many stakeholders for his good deed and contributions to the society and the world at large and he became a member of the Lions Club and IATA where his Companies got affiliated with many partners such as DHL, American Chamber of Commerce in Zambia and Ethiopian Airlines
In 2021 when he got his Mini MBA Program certificate from IBM(Institute Business Management) he Founded the elite the6tseconds which has grown rapidly delivering high end watches all around the world. 2021 was a very successful year for the young business man where he got award for Lion of the year, was appointed as MGF and was Awarded by Ethiopian Airlines and American Chamber of Commerce in Zambia.
And in 2023, he launched The Signature, a renowned concept Luxury store
As of January 2024, he launched a state of the art logistics and forwarding company in Lusaka Zambia, providing the entire south and central Africa with easy transportation and importation/exportation services.
On the 4th of April, 2024 Mr El Sahili was appointed honorary council of France in Zambia, representing the magnitude french people in Zambia and Africa. In 2025 he opened Boost Coffee Shop, a new and trending coffee shop offering healthy food and drinks, currently having branches at Medland Hospital and the Kenneth Kaunda Airport Lusaka
Aly was given the award of Lion of the year by the Lions Club International
Aly's Company High Fly tours was awarded by the Ethiopian Airlines for the best seller and contributor of the year during the pandemic COVID-19
The American Chamber of commerce awarded High Fly Tours for being the most active partner of the year
On the 4th of April, 2024. Mr El sahili was appointed Honorary Consulate of France in Zambia.
